What a nightmare! Do you have a basement you can sleep in? Ours is always much cooler then upstairs. If you all need a place to stay, shoot me an email.
We actually have two room ac units we use in the attic, so we put one in our bedroom, which is attached to the front bedroom (guest room). The girls are in there. It's a pretty high end AC we got from Mike's dad's business, so it's keeping those two rooms cool. The rest of the house registers at 83 right now (11 pm) but i'm sure it's hotter on the second and third floors.
The fan is on...blowing basement temperature air around. So that's....something. Repair guy comes tomorrow. We're thinking it will probably be beynd fixing, though.
Good God. You need a vacation, somewhere NOT camping and WITH a high-powered AC. I'm pretty sure you deserve it.
